SW and AB Wilh. Swap Units

Sherwin-Williams (SW) says it has acquired AB Wilh. Becker’s (Stockholm) Becker Powder Coatings (Columbus) in North America, and that AB Wilh. has purchased SW’s North American coil coatings business. Terms of the deals were not disclosed. AB Wilh. says it plans to integrate the coil coatings business into its Becker Specialty unit.
