SK renames textiles unit

Clariantâ€™s former textile chemicals, paper specialties, and emulsion businesses, which the company agreed to sell to private equity firm SK Capital Partners (New York) on 27 December, will be named Archroma after the close of the deal, the companies say. Archroma has annual revenues of 1.2 billion Swiss francs ($1.28 billion) and 3,000 employees and supplies the textiles, paper, adhesives, and coatings markets.
