Rockwood Splits Chemetall Business into Two Units

Rockwood Holdings says it has split its Chemetall lithium subsidiary into separate, legal entities: Chemetall and Rockwood Lithium. Chemetall will consist of Rockwood’s surface treatment business, and the company’s lithium and special metals business will be officially renamed Rockwood Lithium.
