Omkar Speciality Chemicals (Thane, India) says it has acquired LASA Laboratory (Raigad, India), the companyâ€™s first foray into pharmaceutical ingredients. LASA owns an active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) manufacturing facility and makes products aimed the anthelmintic and veterinary active ingredients markets.
