Omkar Speciality Chemicals (Thane, India) says it has acquired LASA Laboratory (Raigad, India), the company’s first foray into pharmaceutical ingredients. LASA owns an active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) manufacturing facility and makes products aimed the anthelmintic and veterinary active ingredients markets.
