New Cytec specialties head

Cytec has named Michael Radossich president/specialty chemicals and member of the company’s executive leadership team, effective 1 January. Radossich was most recently v.p./safety, health, and environment and had held commercial and manufacturing leadership positions in Cytec’s specialty chemicals business prior to that. Radossich succeeds Frank Aranzana, who is now head of Cytec’s coating resins business. That business is being sold to private equity firm Advent International (New York) for $1.15 billion.
