ISP Acquires Personal Care, Oilfield Chemical Businesses

International Specialty Products (ISP) says it has acquired personal care ingredient developer Vincience (Sophia Antipolis, France). Vincience is a leader in the field of skin research and biofunctional active ingredient development. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Vincience has sales of under $25 million/year, ISP says. Vincience’s R&D site at Sophia Antipolis is included in the deal, ISP says.
