ICL Agrees to Buy Food Ingredients Maker Cosmocel

ICL Performance Products (St. Louis), a subsidiary of Israel Chemical Limited (ICL), has agreed to acquire functional food ingredient and specialty chemical maker Cosmocel Química (Monterrey, Mexico), marking ICL’s entrance into the Mexican food ingredients market.
