Clariant has acquired Oberhausen Technology Center (OTC; Oberhausen, Germany), a privately owned company providing formulation expertise to transform innovative technologies into cost efficient consumer products. OTC has a leading position in development of delivery technologies for micronized active ingredients, which offer customers in consumer care markets innovative solutions in cosmetics, food or other application areas.
