Arsenal Capital Adds to Adhesives Portfolio

Royal Adhesives & Sealants (South Bend, IN), owned by private-equity firm Arsenal Capital (New York), has agreed to acquire Craig Adhesives & Coatings (Newark, NJ), a supplier of ultraviolet light cured and water-based coatings, for an undisclosed sum.
