Arkema Sells Coatings Raw Materials Distributor

Arkema has sold its Peninsula Polymers (North Kansas City, MO) business, a coatings raw materials distributor, to an investment group led by the current management team. Terms of the sale, including financial details, were not disclosed. Peninsula Polymers will continue to market and distribute specific Arkema coatings resins product lines in North America.
