AkzoNobel to Acquire Coatings Maker Schramm Holding

AkzoNobel has offered to acquire coatings manufacturer Schramm Holding (Kettelstrasse, Germany). AkzoNobel will also buy the coatings activities operated by Schramm’s largest shareholder, SSCP (Gyeonggi, Korea). The deals value Schramm at €142 million ($203 million).
