DSM has acquired SolarExcel (Venray, Netherlands), and the company will be integrated into DSM Advanced Surfaces, DSM says. DSM Advanced Surfaces, established in 2010, makes solar glass antireflective coatings. The SolarExcel acquisition builds on DSM’s growing portfolio of solar energy technologies. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
