Evonik, BioAmber Catalysts Deal

Evonik Industries says its catalysts business has agreed with BioAmber (Minneapolis, MN) on a long-term cooperation regarding the development and manufacturing of catalysts for making 1,4-butanediol (BDO), tetrahydrofuran (THF), and gamma butyrolactone (GBL) from biobased succinic acid.
