Developing markets drive growth as naturals gain in US

Developing markets, including China, India, and Latin America, will be the key growth markets for flavors and fragrances (F&F) manufacturers, according to a new IHS report. The global F&F market totaled about $28.0 billion in sales during 2013, according to IHS. The largest markets remain Western Europe and North America, although the developing world, especially China, is quickly closing the gap.
