U.S. Lawmaker Moves to Reverse TRI Changes, Levy Superfund Taxes

Representative Frank Pallone (D., NJ) has introduced a bill that would rescind EPA’s 2006 changes to the Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) and reinstate the original reporting threshold of 500 lbs/year of a given pollutant.
