TRI Data Shows Slight Emission Decline Nationwide

EPA’s Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) data for 2006, the most recent year available, shows an overall toxic emission decline of 2% from 2005 levels, the agency says. Nationwide emission have decreased 24% from 2001-06, EPA say.
