Report: Energy Efficiency is the Most Cost-Effective Climate Policy

Nations struggling to curb greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions will find that improving energy efficiency in the industrial, transportation, and residential sectors are the most cost-effective climate change policies, according to a report by the McKinsey Global Institute (MGI; Oslo).
