OSHA to Accelerate Review of Popcorn Flavoring Ingredient

OSHA needs to move quickly on regulating diacetyl, an ingredient used in popcorn butter flavoring that has been linked to respiratory problems in some workers, says Hilda Solis, OSHA’s new Department of Labor Secretary.
