OSHA Takes First Step Toward Regulating Diaceytl

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has published an advance notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPR) for diacetyl, the chemical used in popcorn flavoring that has been linked to respiratory problems in some workers.
