NPRA: Refinery Report Flawed

An Environmental Integrity Project (EIP; Washington) report listing the ten worst polluters in terms of carcinogenic air pollution says that nine refineries account for more than a third of the sector’s carcinogenic emissions. These refineries account for only 15% of the nation’s refining output, however, the report says.
