Mosaic Delays Quarterly SEC Filing

Mosaic says it will delay filing of its quarterly 10-Q report to SEC for its fiscal second quarter ended November 30, 2006, until the end of January. Companies are required to file quarterly reports with SEC within 45 days of the end of their fiscal quarter.
