Investor Group Calls for More Financial Disclosure of Market Risks

A review of SEC filings shows that companies are doing a poor job of telling shareholders about market risks posed by certain products or ingredients, according to the Investor Environmental Health Network (IEHN; Washington), a collaboration of investment managers representing more than $41 billion in assets.
