Helsinki Chemicals Forum 2012 Global ‘Reach’ Still Far Off

Europe’s Registration, Evaluation, and Authorisation of Chemicals (Reach) program has been a success according to the European Commission, which is due to publish its review of the legislation in the coming weeks. “Substitution is accelerating under Reach.
