Chemical Week Magazine :: Regulatory Germany Eyes Biodiesel Ban2:25 AM MST | January 26, 2009 Germany has proposed regulations that would limit the import of biofuels from the U.S., local press reports say. The German proposal would bar the import of biofuels made from soybean or palm oil if those are beneficiaries of tax subsidies that allow them to sell lower-cost product.
