The EU says the agreement marks significant progress in the EU’s plan to liberalise the region’s energy markets. The discussions failed to make any progress on energy in relation to climate issues and also failed to achieve a full “unbundling” of the ownership of energy infrastructure across the EU, however, some industry watchers say. ...
