Dow’s Midland, MI Facility Cited for Clean Air, HazWaste Violations

EPA Region 5 (Chicago) says it has found evidence of potential clean air and hazardous waste violations at Dow Chemical’s manufacturing facility at Midland, MI, part of Dow’s North American headquarters site.
