Dow Joins Climate Action Partnership

Dow Chemical says it has joined the United States Climate Action Partnership (USCAP; Washignton), a coalition of companies and environmental organizations that has called on the federal government to enact laws to help reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
