Companies appeal ECHA decision on carbon tetrachloride

A group of companies has appealed against a decision on carbon tetrachloride by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA; Helsinki), the agency says. The appealing companies are: the German industrial chemicals business of Akzo Nobel; a German subsidiary of Dow Chemical; Kem One (Lyon, France); the ChlorVinyls division of Ineos in the United Kingdom; and Solvay subsidiaries in Italy and France.
