Chemical Week Magazine :: Regulatory Arguments in Lead Paint Case to be Aired on the Web8:51 AM MDT | April 28, 2008 | Kara Sissell Legal arguments in an appeal seeking to overturn a public nuisance verdict against three former makers of lead-based paint will be broadcast on the Web, the Associated Press reported recently. Rhode Island Supreme Court Chief Justice Frank Williams agreed to the unusual step of putting the legal arguments online, due to “broad national interest” in the case, the report says.
