Prices U.S.: $2,450-$2,510/m.t. Outlook The global $10.2-billion titanium dioxide (TiO2) market reached 5.1 million m.t. in 2008, says SRI Consulting (SRIC; Menlo Park, CA). Demand is expected to grow at 4.1%/year, to hit 6.3 million m.t. by 2013. Asia accounted for 80% of growth last year, and China, 50% of that.
