Symrise Enters Health Sector

Symrise says it has entered the health market through a strategic partnership with Cambridge Theranostics (Cambridge, U.K.), a bio-tech firm specializing in the diagnostics and prophylaxis of cardiovascular diseases. Symrise says it will contribute up to €8 million ($12.7 million) in “milestone-related payments” toward the development and clinical evaluation of new health and medical food products, under terms of the deal.
