SAFC Invests $30 Million to Expand HPAPI Capacity

Sigma-Aldrich Fine Chemicals (SAFC; St Louis) has announced plans to invest almost $30 million to build manufacturing capacity for high-potency active pharmaceutical ingredients (HPAPI) at its Madison, WI complex. The investment follows the recent completion of a $15-million HPAPI capacity expansion at the site. Wicks: Consolidating position in HPAPIs.
