Roche Sells Four Products to Swedish Firm

Roche says it has signed an agreement to sell worldwide rights of four of its pharmaceutical products to specialty pharma company Meda (Solna, Sweden) for a total of €120 million ($176 million). The transaction is expected to close by year-end. The acquired products are an anticoagulant, a loop diuretic, a drug for the treatment of inflammatory and degenerative disorders, and an antidepressant.
