Pfizer Plans Sale of German Site by Year-End

Pfizer is at the “binding offer stage” of selling a major manufacturing site at Feucht, Germany and expects to reach final agreement on the deal by year-end, the company told CW at the CPhI pharmaceutical manufacturing expo, held in Milan earlier this month. The deal will include the entire Feucht site and a supply contract that the purchaser can sign to produce certain materials at Feucht for Pfizer.
