Orchid Eyes European Purchase

Pharma company Orchid Chemicals & Laboratories (Chennai, India) says it intends to make an acquisition in Europe as part of a strategy to gain access to the high-value international generic injectable drugs market. Orchid says it may issue shares to pay for the planned acquisition, depending on the size of the company that it buys.
