Noven Completes Purchase of JDS Pharma

Noven Pharmaceuticals (Miami) says it has completed the previously announced acquisition of specialty pharma company JDS Pharmaceuticals (New York) for $125 million. The acquisition was first announced last July. JDS develops and markets branded medicines for depression and bipolar disorders.
