Lonza on Track with China Expansions

Lonza is on track, if not ahead of schedule, with a $200-million investment to increase its fine chemical manufacturing capacity 60% by 2012, Lonza’s CEO Stefan Borgas tells CW. The company recently completed the first phase of construction at its Nansha, China complex, Borgas said last week. “The small-scale plant is already undergoing pilot and test runs,” he says.
