Klosk Appointed President and CEO of Cambrex

Steven M. Klosk, formerly executive v.p. and COO of Cambrex, has been appointed as president and CEO of Cambrex with immediate effect. James A. Mack, Cambrex’s president and CEO since 1995 and chairman since 1999, has agreed to step down, but will remain a board member and advisor to the company until his retirement on June 30. The company will separate the positions of chairman and CEO.
