Jubilant Buys Specialty Intermediates Firm in India

Custom research and manufacturing services company Jubilant Organosys (Noida, India) says it has acquired Speciality Molecules Pvt. Ltd (Ambarnath, India), a niche manufacturer of speciality intermediates. Speciality Molecules is involved in developing, manufacturing, and selling speciality intermediates that include primarily pyridine derivatives that are used in pharmaceuticals and other life science industries, Jubilant says.
