Haupt Pharma Merger Creates Major CMO Player in Europe

The merger of three German contract manufacturers and developers earlier this month to form Haupt Pharma (Berlin) has created a major contract manufacturing organization (CMO) in Europe with eight production facilities, 1,500 employees, and sales of €180 million ($256 million).
