Gedeon Richter to License KV Pharmaceutical Technology

Gedeon Richter (Budapest), a major pharmaceutical manufacturer serving Central and Eastern Europe, says it has entered an agreement to license some of KV Pharmaceutical’s (St. Louis) technologies and products in women’s health. Terms were not disclosed. The deal allows Gedeon Richter to manufacture and distribute certain proprietary technologies and products in several territories, including the European Union (EU).
