FDA to Establish Pharma Inspection Offices in China

The U.S. FDA has announced that it is taking steps to establish quality inspection offices in China covering foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. The move follows numerous health-related incidents in the U.S. in the last year, associated with foodstuffs and pharma products suspected to have been imported from China.
