Europe to Develop Certification Program for Pharma Excipients

The European Fine Chemicals Group (EFCG; Brussels) says it has signed a memorandum of understanding with the International Pharmaceutical Excipients Council of Europe (IPEC Europe; Brussels) to collaborate on issues relating to pharmaceutical excipients.
