DSM Closes in on Antibiotics Divestment

DSM says its division for antibiotics and related activities, DSM Anti-Infectives, is currently being audited by North China Pharmaceutical Co. (NCPC; Shijiazhuang, China) with a view to NCPC buying a significant part of the business.
