Chemical Week Magazine :: Pharmaceuticals & Fine Chemicals Chiral Quest Builds R&D Hub in China11:42 AM MDT | October 3, 2008 | Chemical Week Editorial Staff Privately owned catalyst and custom synthesis firm Chiral Quest (Princeton, NJ) says it will build a cGMP pilot plant and process development center in the BioBay zone, Jiangsu province in Suzhou Industrial Park, China. The 200,000-sq ft facility is scheduled for start up in May 2009. The planned facility will house up to 400 R&D and operations personnel, the company says. The plant will be built and financed in-part by BioBay. Chiral Quest says that additionally it has completed a $13 million financing round from a group of leading China-based venture...
