Chinese Firm to Supply APIs to Boehringer

Boehringer Ingelheim says it has formed a production alliance with pharmaceutical company Hisoar (Taizhou, China), under which Hisoar will manufacture pharma intermediates and ingredients for Boehringer. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Jurgen-Leuchs: Deal provides flexibility. Hisoar specializes in the development, production, and sale of chemical intermediates, including high-level intermediates, as well as active pharma ingredients (APIs).
