Celanese Restructures Emulsions and PVOH Business

Celanese says it will consolidate manufacturing facilities and realign R&D functions across its European and North American emulsions and polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) business. The restructuring includes the closure of the company’s Warrington, U.K. and Guardo, Spain plants, as well as “partial closures” at other facilities, Celanese says.
