Cambrex to Keep NYSE Listing

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has informed Cambrex that the company is in compliance with revised NYSE market capitalization standards, which allows the company to continue to be listed, Cambrex says. NYSE had threatened the firm with delisting last April. The NYSE continued listing threshold was recently lowered to a $50-million average over a 30-day trading period, under a pilot program that runs through October.
