Cambrex Names a New President and CEO

Cambrex has appointed Steven M. Klosk, formerly Cambrex executive v.p. and COO, to the post of president and CEO, effective immediately. James A. Mack, Cambrex’s president and CEO since 1995 and chairman since 1999, has agreed to step down but will remain a board member and adviser to the company until his retirement on June 30, Cambrex says. The company says it will separate the positions of chairman and CEO, and that John Miller, currently lead director, will assume the position of nonexecutive chairman. Klosk: New man at the helm.
