Cambrex Buys Estonian Firm

Cambrex says that its Cambrex Karlskoga (Karlskoga, Sweden) subsidiary has agreed to acquire privately owned active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) R&D company ProSyntest (Tallinn, Estonia). Financial terms were not disclosed. ProSyntest, spun out of Tallinn University of Technology (Tallinn) in 1990, employs 25 chemists.
